FTE Maximal began a complete redesigning of its main Headquarters in Barcelona on November 2008.

The main aim of these works were to create a new business environment, much more direct for the visitors, as well as to optimize the layout of the building gathering in this manner all the departments and knowledge areas all together.

Almost one year after, the works have finished, and FTE Maximal continues its activity in the new renewed building.

Reception Area

One of the weakest points of the old FTE Maximal headquarters was that there was no a main entrance with an appropiate reception.

Now, the new Reception Area is optimized to receive the visitors so that they get involved in FTE environment throughout the corporate colours and image of the company.

Main Hall and Waiting Area

In the new Hall, while the visitors wait to be attended, they can see the latest FTE Maximal receivers (now the new MAX S500 HD) connected to TV to see the picture quality and the main aspects of the latest boxes launched to the market.

New Meeting Rooms

The old meeting rooms have been totally restructured and extended, as well as other 3 meeting rooms have been set up.

During the last years FTE Maximal sometimes didn't have enough space in to held all the meetings at the same time. Now FTE Maximal headquarters is provided with 5 meeting rooms, which allows the possibility of multiple visits at the same time.

Showroom & Training Room

The old Training Room has been converted in an hybrid area which covers the new Training Room and the new Showroom.

In this manner, FTE Maximal now can do seminars and training sessions to its customers much more focused on practical sessions like workshops. All the tables of the Training Room are provided with independent Internet access, TV Signal and Power Plugs so that the attendance can work individually with different equipment. The Showroom is communicated with the Training Room, and therefore new more practical meetings with equipment working can be held.

Laboratories and Customer Assistance Service

The old laboratories, part of the Product Department and the Customer Assistance Service were in the past separated in 2 floors. Now, all the Product Department has been gathered in the same floor, optimizing in this manner the layout, and improving the response to the customers' needs.

Commercial Department

The Commercial Department has been also gathered in the same floor, since before it was spread in 2 different floors.

In this manner, the communication and decisions are taken much more fluently, with the aim of letting arrive the customers the latest information in the minimum time.

With all these works and this big investment from our side, FTE Maximal seeks to improve its assistance to its customers, to create more fluent business relations, and to make its meetings become more practical and more focused on the practical business.
